By accessing or using DIGIVNTRA's website, agency services, or DIGIVNTRA Digital Academy courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services & Scope

DIGIVNTRA provides digital marketing, website development, branding, and educational training services. Detailed scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment retainers are outlined in individual client Master Service Agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

All custom source code, logos, visual brand designs, and marketing assets engineered for clients become the exclusive property of the client upon full settlement of project invoices, as defined in project contracts.
